Reichardt Guitars The Fiddleback Tree Mahogany 8-String
This is a stock 8-string Reichardt Guitar. The body is a two piece Figured Korina body with a very unique intense stripping. This piece immediately catches the eye with its bizarre stripping, but as I started to inspect it for possible use in my guitars, I found that it would be great as a body. The weight was spot on and it already had the look down to a “t”. It is one of the most unique pieces of Korina I have ever found. If it was possible to get any better, the top tone wood knocks it out of the park with a stunning display of Flamed Mahogany. This piece is from the “Fiddleback Tree”. Much like “The Tree” (that shows intense quilting), the “Fiddleback Tree” displays the most incredible uniform flamed mahogany ever seen. The neck is a beautiful quilted Sapele neck with a Quartersawn Brazilian Rosewood Fretboard for that intense sustain and bell like tone!!
Built with contemporary back and front body carves giving extra comfort for the extended nature of the 8-string neck. Throw in the Bare Knuckle NailBomb Calibrate Set and you have a sought after collector’s edition instrument. Case Included. US Sales only.
